Residential Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive
Location: Somerset or Dorset | Hybrid Working Available

A well-established and forward-thinking legal practice is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their growing team in Somerset or Dorset. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment where client relationships and quality service are at the heart of everything they do.

The Role

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality legal advice on a wide range of residential property matters.
  • Manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, with the support of experienced conveyancing assistants.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as New Enquiries and Finance to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice through business development initiatives and by identifying operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify cross-referral opportunities and enhance client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.

  • Proven experience in residential property law.
