Overview

Residential Legal Executive/ Paralegal – Surrey. Salary £25,000 - £30,000.

About the Role

They require a Residential Property Paralegal who has solid experience in residential transactions and can take a file from exchange to completion. You will need a solid understanding on all aspects of property transactions ranging from freehold and leasehold residential, sales, purchases and re-mortgages to shared ownership and buy to let. This property department has a post completion team who take it from there.
