Marshfields is a short break home which provides emergency and time limited specialist care for young people of either gender aged between 5-18 years with complex needs, where either family, foster care, or other community-based placements are not possible or desirable at the time. We need highly motivated, resilient, and positive team members with humour, tenacity and empathy to help children and young people to flourish and reach their full potential. We are seeking experienced individuals who are able to lead shifts and to support and guide junior staff. We value your life experiences, energy, personal strength and positive mental attitude. Our team work across the whole week (including weekends and bank holidays) and can include unsociable hours, night work, sleep ins. This post is predominately at nights however it does also involve day work to ensure opportunities for training, development and supervision.
