We are recruiting for an experienced and quality-driven Registered Manager to lead a well-established residential and nursing care home for older people in the Manchester area.

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated individual with prior CQC registration experience, a proven background in managing nursing or dementia care homes, and a leadership style that motivates teams to perform at the highest level. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care and driving continuous improvement in line with CQC and sector standards.

Key Requirements:
  • QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management , Registered Managers Award , or NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care
  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing or dementia care home
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
  • Excellent understanding of CQC regulations , health and social care legislation , and regulatory compliance
  • Passion, drive, and commitment to achieving Outstanding ratings and maintaining a high-quality care environment
