A government health department in Launceston is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Community Dementia Services. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care in partnership with patients and their families in their homes. The ideal candidate must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, possess a current driver’s license, and have experience working in aged care. The Community Dementia Services is part of Primary Health North. This service provides care for clients in the greater Launceston area seven days a week, delivering excellence in healthcare to achieve improved outcomes for our consumers and the Launceston community.

Fixed term, casual, position working as and when required, commencing as soon as possible for approximately 12 months.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
$80,524 to $109,175 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Access to the Grade 4 salary range $102,439- $109,175 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4.
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
