A nationwide non-profit organization is seeking an Experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential respite home for children with complex health needs in Rushden, Northamptonshire. We are seeking an Experienced Registered Manager to lead our Squirrels Short Breaks service. You will oversee a highly skilled team, ensuring high‑quality, safe care for children with complex needs. You will be responsible for maintaining Ofsted and CQC standards, supporting staff, and ensuring each child's individual care and health needs are met. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong leadership, clinical awareness, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

Children may require complex nursing care and interventions, and staff must be competent in areas including: tracheostomy care, suctioning, oxygen administration, gastrostomy feeding, emergency medication, physiotherapy support, and other specialist interventions.
