About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Registered Manager to lead our Squirrels Short Breaks service. You will oversee a highly skilled team, ensuring high‑quality, safe care for children with complex needs. You will be responsible for maintaining Ofsted and CQC standards, supporting staff, and ensuring each child's individual care and health needs are met.
