• Significant experience in children’s residential care, ideally as a Senior/Peripatetic Registered Manager.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to quickly assess, stabilise, and strengthen services.

Responsibilities

• Provide parachute support to Registered Managers when additional expertise is required.
• Deliver audits, coaching, and mentoring to ensure continuous improvement.
• Offer interim management cover in homes without a manager.
• Guide and support staff teams to maintain a safe environment.
