Industry Sector: Entrance Solutions, Access Controls, Security Solutions, Building Entrance Solutions, End Users, Main Contractors, Architectural Practises, A&D, Specifiers, Business Development Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Business Manager

Vacancies: 2 (locations to be covered)

1. London & South East

2. Scotland & North East

Remuneration: £50,000 - £70,000 + 15% bonus

Benefits: Electric company car (Q4 e-tron / BMW IX3) & comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities
  • Field sales positions selling a high quality range of manufactured entrance & access security systems
  • Sell to main contractors, end users, integrators, architecturalPractises and specifiers
  • Target projects within commercial sectors such as education, high end office buildings, and large blue chip organisations
  • Deal with order values ranging from £10k - £200k per project with an average around £30k
  • Target over targets between £1m-£2m
Requirements
  • Must have project-led field sales experience in the construction industry
  • Must be commercially savvy
  • Must have sold to main contractors, end users, installers and integrators
  • Specification sales experience would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Hungry, tenacious personality; likeable character and strong presence
