About Us

Lasted is on a mission to help people preserve their life stories through MemoryBox : a secure, private, and meaningful digital legacy tool that stores memories for generations. We work with care homes to help residents and their families capture and celebrate life stories, making a tangible difference in people’s lives.

Role Overview

You will focus on driving MemoryBox adoption across care homes in their region. This role combines direct sales, account management, and on-the-ground engagement.

Alongside selling MemoryBox, you will run sessions with residents, educate staff, manage your own pipeline, and feed insights back to commercial and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with care homes and sell MemoryBox while running in-person walkthroughs and resident sessions
  • Run MemoryBox sessions for residents to onboard them and help them benefit from the product
  • Educate care home staff, managers, and care workers on MemoryBox benefits
  • Record and manage your own pipeline and update the wider team
  • Support the strategic goals of Lasted by identifying and opening larger opportunities within care home groups, escalating to the wider team where appropriate
  • Collect feedback from staff and residents to inform product and commercial team strategy and development
  • Advocate for Lasted and MemoryBox in all interactions
Person Specification
Essential Criteria
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, or senior professionals keen to move into the care sector
  • Comfortable with client-facing, in-person meetings and presentations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Interested in the care sector and empathetic towards the lives of older people
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently
  • Ability to travel across the assigned region for care home visits
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience working in social care, third sector, care homes, or related sectors
  • Existing network in care homes or social care organisations
  • Knowledge of digital tools for older adults or memory / legacy products
  • Experience delivering training or workshops
  • DBS checked or willing to obtain one
