A leading tech company in the UK is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator/Talent Operations to enhance the candidate experience and manage hiring processes. The role involves interview coordination and system management across recruiting tools, requiring attention to detail and experience in fast-paced environments. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of recruiting coordination experience. This full-time position is mostly remote with occasional travel required.
Narvar is growing! Our Talent Team is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator/ Talent Operations who will help us navigate hiring. You must have incredible attention to detail, a passion for people and a sense of urgency that ensures candidates are having the best possible experience in our hiring process regardless of outcome. This is a full time position, mostly remote position as we do have an annual North America Team get together where travel will be required.
Note: We are targeting Pacific and Mountain time zones for this role.
Day-to-day responsibilities and expectations for the role are focused on candidate experience, interview coordination, and system management across recruiting tools.

Below is the estimated annual salary for this position and does not include the other components that make up a Narvar offer including: annual bonus, equity, and benefits. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across the US. Within the range, individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, skill set, education and certifications, and work location. Narvar Pay Range $80,000 — $110,000 CAD
