Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organisational needs. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of human resources practices, and the ability to manage relationships effectively. The Recruiter will utilise various tools and platforms, including ATS systems, social media, and HRIS software, to enhance the recruitment process.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications against job requirements.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Utilise Salesforce, Workday, PeopleSoft, or other HRIS tools for managing recruitment data.
  • Engage in lead generation activities to identify potential candidates for future openings.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics to management.
Experience
  • Proven experience in recruitment or human resources is essential.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and HRIS tools such as Workday or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is an advantage.
  • A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and generating leads is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
