A local healthcare practice is seeking a part-time receptionist to join their team in Chelmsford. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing patient inquiries, and booking appointments. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and familiarity with SystmOne. This position offers flexible shift patterns, contributing to patient care in a supportive environment.
Baddow Village Surgery are looking for professional receptionist to join our growing team to provide first-rate customer care at the front desk and on the telephone. The position is offered on a part-time basis for 18 hours, with the following shift pattern:
Monday: 7:45am-1:45pm
Friday: 7.45am-1:45pm
You must be able to work flexibly in a team of receptionists on a rota basis to cover surgery opening hours and also provide holiday and sickness cover, as needed, on an overtime basis.
You will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the practice and will be expected to follow the practice policies and procedures of always aiming to provide high quality primary care services. Our receptionists will always be expected to be professional, helpful and understanding of our patients needs.
Baddow Village Surgery is a well-established, semi-rural training practice, located a few miles south of Chelmsford city centre close to the A12. We are a friendly and forward-thinking GMS practice, with patient care at the heart of what we do.
