Responsibilities

• Rapid response to reactive and emergency jobs, including evenings and weekends.
• Lead and support technicians and agency staff on-site.
• Deliver cleaning, waste, and site services in line with safety and quality standards.
• Log all job details and updates accurately using company tablets.
• Conduct vehicle safety checks and ensure vans are clean and stocked.
• Assist with training, operational support, and service improvements.
• Uphold Health & Safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times.
