Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality or technical management within a regulated food manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of HACCP, risk assessment, hygiene standards, and auditing techniques.
• Working knowledge of BRCGS.
• Leadership qualities with experience managing and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Technical Director and provide technical leadership across the site.
• Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Lead internal and external audits, driving continuous improvement.
• Analyse quality data to provide diagnostics and recommendations.
• Oversee complaint management and internal quality communication.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the Quality Compliance team.
