engstaff-in are working on behalf of their client, a leading main contractor operating within the construction market, to recruit a Quality Advisor for a major £118m project delivered across two sites. The scheme has recently commenced, with drainage and civils works underway, creating an excellent opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in setting quality standards from the outset.
This position is ideal for someone motivated, proactive, and eager to build their reputation on a complex, high profile programme. You will be site based, splitting your time between both schemes, and supported by an experienced wider quality and project leadership team.
As Quality Advisor, you will be a highly visible presence on site, supporting the delivery teams to ensure quality is embedded into daily construction activities. You will report into a non site based Quality Manager, while working closely with Project and Production Leads across both schemes.
This is a hands on, practical role where you will be involved in inspections, audits, quality planning, and subcontractor engagement from the early phases of construction through to completion. The early stage nature of the project offers genuine influence and the chance to help shape how quality is delivered across both sites.
