A not-for-profit educational trust seeks a Purchase Ledger Clerk to support finance operations. You'll process invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist a central team across 21 academies. We are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to support our central operational and commercial finance team. The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring that all purchase invoices are processed in a timely manner; reconciling supplier statements, and monitoring the aged creditor ledger. The successful post-holder will support the Central Purchase Ledger team, servicing all 21 of the Trust's academies. The Central Purchase Ledger team is based at Pool Hayes Academy, Willenhall, West Midlands. Naturally, any relevant work experience would be very useful, but it’s your outgoing nature, flexibility and willingness to learn that will matter most.
