Base Location: Warrington Hybrid with 3 days in Office
Here within our Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC) we focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system, ensuring that vulnerable asylum seekers have access to the support they need along with a safe standard of accommodation.
Due to extensive growth within the contract, we are expanding our Property Sourcing Team and are looking for someone with the drive and passion to make a difference to Social Housing. Ideally, you will come from a background in sales and or property (ie Estate Agency Sales/Lettings/Portfolio) and you will enjoy working as part of a team, where you will identify and procure accommodation of the appropriate volume for AASC.
First and foremost, you must have extensive experience in sales and/or property sector/market. It is essential that you have proven sales and negotiation experience. This is a critical, demanding role where you will utilise your sound commercial and business awareness to understand the context in which the business operates.
