As a Property Co‑Ordinator, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for our people and customers. From managing front‑of‑house services to ensuring compliance and supporting workplace experience, you’ll help us deliver the high standards that make Bupa a trusted name in health and care.

How you’ll help us make Health happen
Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of all Facilities and Property Management services across Angel Court and the London Health Clinic portfolio.
  • Oversee reception operations, including visitor inductions and meeting room bookings, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Act as site lead for Eptura, managing room and resource bookings accurately.
  • Coordinate events and support Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) processes.
  • Post weekly updates on Workvivo to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to maintain site standards, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Ensure Health & Safety boards are up to date and compliance requirements are met.
  • Liaise with service providers and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of contractor attendance and compliance data on C365.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in facilities or property coordination within a corporate environment is desirable.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance processes.
  • Comfortable using property management systems (experience with Eptura is a plus).
  • A proactive, customer‑focused approach with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
