Job Opportunity: Project Manager Production / Engineering / Facilities

Department: Production / Engineering / Facilities Maintenance

We are looking for a Project Manager who will not only lead exciting cross-functional projects but will also be an active part of our friendly, solutions-focused team. Role Purpose

To lead and manage a range of cross-functional projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This role plays a vital part in shaping our operations, from improving site infrastructure to installing new production equipment and upgrading workspaces.

What You\'ll Do
  • Plan & Deliver Projects: Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Use tools like MS Project to keep everything on track and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Lead Teams & Coordinate Efforts: Bring together colleagues from Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to deliver results. Host project meetings and keep everyone aligned.
  • Manage Budgets & Resources: Prepare and track project budgets, work with Finance and Procurement, and ensure costs are controlled.
  • Be the Go-To Person: Act as the primary contact for internal teams and external suppliers, keeping communication clear and expectations realistic.
  • Ensure Quality & Compliance: Work with QA and EHS teams to make sure projects meet all relevant regulations and company standards.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Spot opportunities to improve how we do things and introduce new processes that make project delivery even better. Using lean and Sigma tools to support project scope of planning stage.
Who Were Looking For
  • Education: Degree in Process Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 10+ years managing technical or engineering projects.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management ability.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Proficient with project management software (MS Project or equivalent).
  • Understanding of production/engineering processes.
  • Familiar with Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma).
  • Safety Focused: NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
