Overview

Engineering Project Manager

Location: Market Drayton
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Days, Monday to Friday
Sector: FMCG / Food Manufacturing

Are you a results-driven Project Manager with an engineering background in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry? Do you have a passion for delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to production? If so, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of engineering and CAPEX projects
• Define scope, budget, timelines, and resource planning
• Manage contractors and suppliers on-site
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align project goals with business needs
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in engineering solutions

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing engineering projects in the FMCG or food production industry
• Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems
• Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and project safety compliance
• Engineering qualification (HND/Degree preferred)
