Project Manager – Near Blackpool

£40,000 - £55,000 + Car allowance + Bonus + Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional to join a well-established contractor delivering diverse civil engineering, property maintenance, and commercial projects. The role is ideal for individuals looking to expand their expertise while working within a supportive, experienced team.

This established contractor delivers a diverse mix of civil engineering, commercial and industrial construction, and property services across the Northwest. Project values range from a few hundred pounds to £250,000, covering everything from renovations, conversions, and extensions to foundations, concrete works, drainage, and landscaping, among more. Due to continued growth and strong demand, they are now looking to appoint a Project Manager to support the delivery and management of projects across the Northwest of England.

In this role, you will support the team in delivering a wide variety of projects across multiple sectors. Key responsibilities will include managing in house labour and sub-contractors, site visits, monitoring progress, liaising with design team and clients, preparation of estimates, preparation of RAMS, to name a few.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects preferably within a commercial or civil engineering background. This is an office and site-based role, located near Blackpool.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established contractor in a diverse, hands-on role that will allow you to broaden your expertise across multiple sectors and develop your technical skills within the construction industry.
