Project Manager
Location: Aberdeen, Scotland

Pay Rate: £400-£450 P/day
Job Description
Areas of responsibility:
- Act as focal point for all Customer issues concerning our clients rotating equipment fleet. Drive customer satisfaction and value add through ownership and entrepreneurship.
- Plan and ensure safe delivery of all outages, oversee the production of outage documentation, and maintain and develop mitigation strategies for all pre‑identified or emerging risks.
- Plan and execute projects in accordance with project management standards (email address removed).
- Coordinate unscheduled maintenance activities and breakdowns, ensuring a structured and considered approach is adopted.
- Brief personnel traveling to the Customer site, conduct close monitoring of their activities while deployed, and coordinate appropriate levels of support from back‑office functions.
- Commercially responsible for projects and Customer accounts, focusing on maximizing profitability through scope & risk management and upselling.
- Lead and participate in cross‑functional improvement projects and initiatives to drive solutions in accordance with business needs.
- Support the Sales function by assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives to ensure project feasibility.
- Develop strategic relationships with the product centres to ensure the desired level of service is attained across the fleet.
- Contribute to data quality in all business systems associated with allocated Customer accounts.
- Travel to Customer sites in the UK and visits to product centres abroad may be required.
Requirements

- Passionate about energy and Customer service.
- Prior Customer Management role is essential.
- Proven track record in project management & delivery.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to deliver.
- Commercial and Customer focused.
- Attention to detail and safety at work, Zero Harm, (IOSH desirable).
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Ability to network and develop key relationships at all levels.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in Engineering, Business or Project Management disciplines preferred.
- Industry qualifications (APM, PRINCE2 or PMI) are desirable.
- Experience in use of Project Management tools such as OnePM, Microsoft Project, SAP, Salesforce or similar.
- Background experience in one or more of the following: PM Energy Industry, Energy Transition/Renewable Energy, Oil and Gas, Power Generation.
