Team Leader - Rotational Shifts
Location: Derry, Northern Ireland

Are you an experienced manufacturing leader looking for your next challenge? Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Team Leader to join their operation in Derry on a 24/7 rotational shift pattern. In this key role, you will plan, coordinate and control manufacturing processes—ensuring products are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate your team to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Drive a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring full compliance with PPE and company procedures.
• Support the Shift Performance Manager in delivering world-class manufacturing using Lean/WCOM practices.
• Diagnose issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Oversee quality checks, resolving minor issues and escalating where required.
• Manage team performance: coaching, mentoring, absence management, investigations, and performance appraisals.
• Communicate performance updates and deliver regular team briefings.
• Liaise with planning to ensure production schedules are met, making adjustments as necessary.
• Accurately manage SAP transactions and production data.

What We're Looking For
