3 month initial contract - Jan start

£500-£550 a day - Outside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong API expertise to lead the design, delivery, and adoption of new API services for our client.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the API product and roadmap.
• Act as the primary stakeholder for internal APIs and third-party integrations.
• Translate API capabilities into user stories and prioritise the backlog.
• Collaborate with UX / UI designers to ensure APIs support seamless user flows.
• Drive agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand‑ups) with offshore teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Ensure product quality through collaboration with QA and adherence to standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, while tracking adoption and performance metrics.
• Support customer readiness and engagement for API go‑live.
