Product Manager - Contract - Inside IR35 - Remote - UK Based

Lorien is currently recruiting for a Product Manager, to join our client on a 12-month contract and play a key role in our client's Global Point of Sale (POS) and Payments Solution Delivery team delivering capabilities to their retail stores that support in-store processes and to provide business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver these capabilities within the various Global Front-of-Stores initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Product Management team and Business Stakeholders to enable strategic planning across the Global Rewards and Marketing Insight value stream.
• Support Runway epic prioritization in collaboration with the Delivery team.
• Lead lean business case reviews with key Business Stakeholders, to understand business value and priority.
• Deliver well defined features of work for scrum team execution.
• Participation in quarterly PI planning and presentations.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience as a Product Manager in SAFE environment - mandatory
• Previous experience with Oracle Xstore Point of Sale (POS) - mandatory
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think independently
• Ability to manage a complex portfolio in a dynamic environment
• Ability to co‑ordinate work with Product Management Manager, Engineers and Release Train Engineer (RTE)
• Proficiency in Agile tools, JIRA and Confluence for requirements development and backlog management.
