Job Title: Procurement Manager

Sector: Professional Services

Location: Newcastle (with hybrid and flexible working options available)

Salary & Package: £50,000 - £55,000 + bonus + private medical and a further benefits package

Sea Global are proud to be partnering with a leading global professional services organization who are currently going through a huge growth phase with some exciting projects in the pipeline.

You will have the chance to work for a fast-paced dynamic function, where you can really make an impact within the business.

This role reports into the Senior Manager and you will manage a large global spend across Indirect Categories including Technology, HR, Professional Services, Marketing, Travel, and more.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end global sourcing projects across Technology, HR, Professional Services, Marketing, and more.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and performance improvements through strategic procurement.
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with global suppliers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment and procurement compliance.
  • Support and help deliver major transformation programmes (e.g., HR and Finance).

Experience & Requirements

  • Experience managing end-to-end procurement projects.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills and experience in marking up supplier agreements.
  • Deep understanding of procurement best practices, processes, and tools in a global business setting.
  • MCIPS or a similar qualification is desirable but not essential.
