(5+ PQE | Hybrid & Flexible Working | Unlimited Holiday)

About the Role

You’ll be working on a varied and rewarding caseload, with plenty of scope to develop your expertise further. Matters will include:

• Complex estate administration, often involving taxable estates with agricultural and business assets.
• Drafting Wills, Trusts, Deeds of Variation and Declarations of Trust.
• Advising clients on succession, tax, and mental capacity issues.
• Working with both high-net-worth individuals and elderly or vulnerable clients and their families.
• Handling Court of Protection matters.

You’ll also have the opportunity to support and mentor junior colleagues, collaborate with talented lawyers across multiple offices, and contribute to the continued success of the wider team.

About You

We’d love to hear from candidates who are:

• A qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 5+ years’ PQE in private client work.
• Experienced in estate administration and advising vulnerable clients.
• STEP qualified (or working towards this) – highly desirable.
• Confident, collaborative, and committed to excellent client care.
• Interested in developing their leadership and management skills.
