About the Team

You will join a national team of over 130 private client professionals handling some of the most complex and high-value matters in the UK. Whether your expertise is in international estates, trust structuring, or agricultural wealth, you'll find support and opportunities to advance your career.

Who We’re Looking For

• Private Client Solicitor ready for a Legal Director role (typically 8+ PQE)
• Strong expertise in wills, trusts, tax, and estates, ideally with a niche focus
• STEP qualified or willing to become STEP accredited
• Commercially aware, client-focused, and team-oriented
• Comfortable leading on complex matters and mentoring junior lawyers

Salary & Benefits

• £75,000–£80,000+ depending on experience
