Job Title: Prison Cleared RMN - Redditch (UK) Location: HMP Hewell and HMP Oakwood Salary: £27 Per Hour Type: Hourly Rate Contract: 3 month minimum (likely to be extended) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

We are seeking three Prison Cleared Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our team in Redditch. Two positions are at HMP Hewell and one is at HMP Oakwood. Applicants must have current prison clearance and a drive to deliver high-quality mental health care in a specialised setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality mental health support to inmates, managing and assessing care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Conduct mental health evaluations and risk assessments for new and existing inmates.
• Support the rehabilitation process by offering psychological support and developing coping mechanisms.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with professional standards and legal requirements.
