Your key skills lie in customer service, project management, attention to detail and an understanding of the print production process when you're working with your clients.

Joining on an initial 12-month fixed term contract, you thrive in a fully client facing environment and understand the nuances between integrating yourself into a client's marketing team and being an Account Manager delivering the best to your client.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage data, artwork, and print briefs using our cutting-edge technology.
  • Validating information supplied by the client to ensure accuracy of briefing.
  • Lead and attend both client and internal project meetings.
  • Oversee client and supplier critical paths, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Manage our print and artwork solutions, RFQs, CPA's and supplier and studio liaison.
  • Stay on top of Work In Progress (WIP) management, ensuring timely project progression.
  • Handle invoicing and month-end tasks efficiently.
  • Addressing client needs / concerns as quickly and effectively as possible, to develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Provide support on content and production work within the team.
  • Conduct site visits for quality control of POS deliveries.
  • Attend press passes/QC sessions at print partners as required.
  • Stock Management.
  • Be first port of call to wider team for production support.
  • Provide cover for AD during annual leave.
Requirements

  • You won't be micro-managed here. It is essential that you can prioritise workload effectively, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers.
  • Demonstrated experience in print manufacturing / managing print projects.
  • Remain calm and confident when handling challenging situations.
  • Able to think of innovative solutions for your client.
  • A true team player with a positive and collaborative approach.
  • Methodical and extremely organised - great attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel - this is a busy account, using multiple systems to increase efficiency and working with large spreadsheets, being able to keep on top of multiple projects comes second nature to you.
  • You hold a full driving licence.
