Qualifications

• Leadership in construction roles with team development experience.
• Experience in commercial construction, particularly NEC.
• Ability to chair meetings and direct work.
• Understanding of safety legislation related to engineering.
• Experience leading multi-discipline groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage a construction site-based team and ensure standards.
• Provide weekly/monthly construction reporting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with ESH&Q and statutory safety requirements.
• Support resource allocation and elevate concerns as needed.
• Lead delivery of engineering service through reviews during projects.
