Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to join a team, providing high-quality cover across a variety of primary school classes. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who enjoy flexibility and want to gain experience in different school settings. Starting October 2025.

Duties as a Primary Supply Teacher:

  • Delivering lessons in line with the school’s planning and curriculum

  • Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment

  • Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a safe and supportive atmosphere

  • Supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing during the teacher’s absence

  • Providing feedback to class teachers on pupil progress and engagement

Ideal Primary Supply Teacher:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Have experience teaching across primary key stages (EYFS to KS2)

  • Be adaptable and confident teaching a range of subjects and age groups

  • Have excellent classroom management and communication skills as a Primary Supply Teacher.

  • Be proactive, reliable, and committed to high standards of teaching
