• Experience of working as a practice nurse or community nurse.
• Polite and confident communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and embed health promotion programmes.
• Implement vaccination programmes for adults and children.
• Assist GPs with minor surgery when required.

Skills

Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Wound care including complex dressings/removal of sutures and staples

Experience in chronic disease management

Ability to work as a team member and autonomously
