Lee Boyd Architects + Designers are looking for an experienced Practice Manager for our Practice in Morningside, Edinburgh. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to manage all administrative aspects of the business and provide contract administration services for our public sector clients.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Practice.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at organising and prioritising own workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Confident and enthusiastic approach
  • Advanced IT skills, to include Sage Accountancy Software, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.

This role is offered on a full-time basis, though applications for a flexible arrangement (24–36 hours) will be considered. Salary will reflect the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Closing Date is 20th September.
