Were looking for an exceptional Practice BusinessManager to join our leadership team, someone who combines strategic visionwith operational precision, and who brings energy, innovation and a passion forquality.

Working closely with the GP Partners, you'llhelp drive the next stage of our journey: strengthening our financial andgovernance frameworks, modernising how we work, nurturing our colleagues andculture, and ensuring outstanding standards of safety and patient care.

Main duties of the job
  • Play a vital leadership rolein the practice, overarching clinical and non-clinical teams and directlysupportingthe partnership.
  • Lead and inspire a diversenon-clinical team with a progressive, people-centred leadership style.
  • Be responsible for theseamless interface between clinical and non-clinical activity and teams in thepractice.
  • Drive quality, compliance andgovernance, ensuring we meet and exceed CQC standards and national frameworks.
  • Oversee practice operationsacross three sites ensuring efficient systems, patient access and a positiveexperience for all.
  • Embed robust financialstructures and provide clear, insightful reporting to the Partners.
  • Champion continuousimprovement, innovation, and a values-driven culture across the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with QOF,Enhanced Services and LCSs, optimising performance and income.
  • Stay ahead of nationaldevelopments, particularly the NHS Long Term Plan, and help the practice adaptfor the future.
  • Work collaboratively with ourPCN, ICB, and local stakeholders to strengthen our place in the community.
