The Post Purchase Experience Manager can be located in UK, IT or DE close to our facilities. This position involves providing dedicated expertise and overseeing all post-purchase activities related to carrier and transportation tracking and communication. The role includes maintaining strong relationships and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers cross key markets, including Japan, the UK, Germany, and Italy.
