We are recruiting for an experienced Planner / Office Administrator to join a busy drainage company based in Southport. This role is key to ensuring the smooth scheduling of works, accurate reporting, and effective communication between engineers, clients, and suppliers.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and book engineers for repairs and maintenance jobs.
  • Review and interpret CCTV drainage footage to support accurate reporting.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
  • Update and maintain client and contractor portals.
  • Produce and follow up on invoices.
  • General administration to support the office and management team.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in the drainage industry (essential).
  • Ability to review and interpret CCTV drainage footage.
