A healthcare organisation in Slough is seeking a committed Pharmacy Dispensary Assistant to join their pharmacy team. You will supervise and train other dispensary assistants while ensuring efficient operations. Candidates should have experience in medication dispensing, strong organizational skills, and be committed to patient care. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed and motivated individual to join our busy and dynamic pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Dispensary Assistant.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the safe and effective running of our dispensary. You will be responsible for supervising and training other dispensary assistants, acting as a positive role model, and ensuring the smooth delivery of day-to-day operations.
We are seeking someone who is highly organised, able to work under pressure, and demonstrates excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
