Job description

You will be based in the Administration Office on the Hollins Park Site in Warrington. The post is for a full‑time Band 4 Personal Assistant who will administer the Clinical Director for Low Secure and Specialist Forensic Community Services and support their patient caseload.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Clinical Director/Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist with a comprehensive, confidential and timely secretarial and administrative service.
  • Type a wide variety of documentation from manuscript and transcription recordings.
  • Ensure the on‑call rota is up to date and circulated.
  • Take live minutes in ward rounds and meetings, prepare for meetings in advance, chase up outstanding actions.
  • Upload all clinical information onto the clinical recording system in a timely manner.
  • Handle a wide variety of administrative duties on behalf of the Consultant, prioritising workload accordingly.
  • Support the inpatient and outpatient community team and both inpatient and outpatient services.
Qualifications
  • Full‑time Band 4 Personal Assistant with experience of a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
  • Certificates for any qualifications you include on your application form must be provided.
