Want to build a high-quality HR/People Advisory service for a national charity that gives some of the most marginalised people in society a second chance? Nacro works with people facing significant challenges in systems that often seem stacked against them: young people who are not in education or employment; adults and families facing housing insecurity and homelessness, often because of complex needs such as mental ill-health, addiction/substance misuse, a background of abuse, trauma or relationship breakdown; and people who have been involved in the criminal justice system.   • Work with the People and OD team on the transformation journey to become more professional, evidence-based and outcome-focused.
