Qualifications

• Experience as a People Advisor / HR Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience in a multi-site or fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the people plan and support change activities.
• Coach managers and build leadership capability.
• Lead day-to-day people initiatives that drive performance.
• Support performance, reward, talent, and succession processes.
• Advise on ER cases, including complex matters.
