Overview

If you have exceptional Payroll skills, you're super efficient and you'd like to work for a hugely successful company, then we have the perfect role for you.

  • Job Title: Payroll Administrator
  • Location: Ashford (Office based)
  • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
  • The team: You'll be part of a supportive finance team, including a Payroll team of 4
Responsibilities
  • Input payroll information for weekly payroll, including bank details, change of address, change of email and right to work information
  • Timely processing of high volumes of new starters and leavers
  • Preparing and issuing payslips and P45s
  • Downloading Tax codes from HMRC each week
  • Pay close attention to detail
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required by the Payroll Supervisor
  • Ensure a professional service is delivered across the organisation
  • Deal with sensitive matters professionally, upholding confidentiality at all times
