Overview

We are seeking to recruit an experienced, hardworking, and proactive practitioner for the role of Pastoral Manager, who will be assigned to Year 8. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing student welfare and behaviour, whilst promoting a sense of personal excellence in our students.

Responsibilities
  • Manage student welfare and behaviour within the Year 8 cohort.
  • Promote personal excellence and positive conduct across the year group.
  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders, including staff, students, parents/carers and the wider community.
  • Develop and maintain effective systems for safeguarding and welfare.
  • Demonstrate professional and approachable communication; respond to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
