What You'll Do
  • Prepare and process monthly partner payment files and ensure timely payments.
  • Liaise with Treasury and banks to manage partner capital and distributions.
  • Maintain partner capital accounts and perform reconciliations.
  • Calculate and apply capital loan interest and partner charges.
  • Support accurate partner account management on our finance systems.
  • Assist with partner financial queries, communications, and ad hoc requests.
  • Collaborate across finance and HR to support partner-related planning and reporting.
Who We're Looking For
  • A graduate or someone looking to start studying for an accounting qualification. Whilst experience working in a Finance function is desirable, it is not essential.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in managing workloads.
  • Be discreet and treat information sensitively and confidentially.
  • An excellent communicator who builds strong relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
