    Job Description

    STATEMENT OF JOB:

    The concierge/receptionist performs a variety of administrative support duties including greeting visitors, answering phones, transferring calls, and taking messages. Monitors walkie-talkie, door security, and fire panel as needed. Manages resident sign-in/out logs and visitor registration, along with administrative tasks like filing and copying.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Policies/Procedures/Administration

    • Transfer calls or take messages courteously and helpfully
    • Log service requests for residents and staff
    • Greet visitors and maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby
    • Sell meal tickets and process payments via payroll deduction or personal check
    • Ensure building security by monitoring entrances/exits and logs
    • Attend in-services and staff meetings as required
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    Requirements

    Residents

    • Assist with scheduling resident transportation
    • Maintain confidentiality of resident information

    Staff

    • Support office functions like filing, typing, and copying

    • High school diploma or GED
