A healthcare organization in Newport seeks a Secretary to provide confidential support to clinical teams. Responsibilities include managing dictation, booking appointments, and general administrative duties. Ideal candidates will have secretarial experience, audio typing skills, and excellent communication abilities. Flexibility in work hours is offered, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

To provide confidential secretarial support to the specialist clinical teams and operational & strategic management group within the PACCT services. Carry out duties as defined by the PACCT Support Manager and clinical leads to meet the needs of the wider service. To manage and prioritise own workload, following departmental standard operating procedures and referring any issues to the Team lead for advice. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
