Are you a highly organised multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide first-class support to our Director and help keep both business and personal matters running smoothly.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Responsibilities include managing diaries, preparing reports, coordinating travel, events, and ad hoc projects. You'll be a trusted partner to the Director, acting as the key point of contact internally and externally, while handling all matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and a friendly approach.

Responsibilities
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating agendas.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Handling calls, emails, and acting as gatekeeper on behalf of the Director.
  • Assisting with occasional personal tasks and errands.
  • Preparing and managing confidential documents.
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Processing expenses, invoices, and general admin tasks.
  • Supporting meetings — from logistics and catering to note-taking.
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Liaising with suppliers, partners, and clients.
  • Acting as first point of contact for staff, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Overseeing office supplies and day-to-day admin needs.
  • Helping to organise company events and team activities.
  • Supporting with household-related admin when required.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a PA, EA, or similar support role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and confident working independently.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Directors in a dynamic and growing business. If you're someone who thrives on variety, enjoys being relied upon, and takes pride in keeping everything running seamlessly, we'd love to hear from you.
