A leading fashion brand in London is seeking an Order Fulfilment & Warehouse Manager to lead their warehouse team. The role requires strong leadership skills in a fast-paced environment, with 3+ years of experience in fulfillment and management. Responsibilities include overseeing daily order processes, developing team members, and ensuring productivity standards are met. This is a full-time role based in Haggerston, London.
Founded in London in 2010, Glassworks London is an independent fashion brand focused on bricks-and-mortar boutiques and streamlined digital shopping. Our design-led stores and website refresh weekly with new fashion, supported by dedicated staff who act as stylists for customers. With recent store expansions and an ecommerce platform, we are scaling our retail and online channels while maintaining a strong design aesthetic and customer focus.
The Order Fulfilment & Warehouse Manager will lead the warehouse team in daily order fulfilment and warehouse activities. Reporting to the CEO, this role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with leadership experience in stock room/warehouse and ecommerce order fulfilment. The ideal candidate will ensure order fulfilment standards are exceeded and productivity metrics are met with speed and accuracy.
This role is based at the head office in Haggerston, London. The contract is for 40 working hours per week, scheduled Mondays to Sundays between 7am and 8pm.
