Overview

We’re looking for an innovative, collaborative and driven Optimisation Consultant to join AXA Health. In this role you will lead continuous improvement activity within our digital product portfolio, harnessing digital capabilities—including automation, RPA and agile methodologies—to streamline processes, enhance compliance and deliver superior value across the health insurance domain.

Responsibilities
  • Align optimisation strategies with strategic goals and collaborate with senior management.
  • Develop long‑term optimisation strategies driving innovation and business advantages.
  • Partner with business functions to identify opportunities, implement enhancements, and ensure effective resource utilisation.
  • Guide interventions to identify areas for improvement across business functions.
  • Analyse and redesign existing processes to increase productivity and enhance performance.
  • Utilise data analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for informed actions.
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure the success of optimisation efforts.
  • Oversee change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of process improvements and optimisation initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications in process improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
  • Experience in process mapping, lean methodologies, and digital transformation in health insurance or financial services.
  • Proficiency in applying agile, RPA, intelligent automation, and system thinking to enhance operations.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple technology‑enabled and agile projects.
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban and related project management tools.
  • Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations for executive audiences on transformation initiatives.
  • In‑depth knowledge of health insurance regulations, compliance, and operational challenges.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience in process improvement or project teams.
