Pay Rate: Competitive
Grade: M
Contract Type: 12 Month Maternity Cover
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, can be as early as 6am or as late as 10pm (candidates need to be flexible)
Location: Hillsborough BT26 6JJ

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• To manager the day to day operation of the transport department
• To motivate drivers to achieve planned schedule and deadlines
• Ensure 100% adherence to tachograph and working time regulations
• Operate within the company's Operators License requirements
• Ensure and monitor the welfare and health and safety of our employees, customers and the general public
• Monitor workforce attendance and conduct return to work interviews
• Control and manage employees rotational shift patterns
• Ensure fleet utilisation and fleet maintenance providers are managed effectively
• Check, confirm and record operational statistics
